How much does a Foodji Bistro with fresh food, snacks & drinks cost?

Your Foodji Bistro costs you a monthly service fee. You can think of this as a small rental fee (lease). The price depends on a number of factors, including your contract term.

Basically, a bistro like this costs significantly less than a canteen and is therefore an inexpensive option for employee catering, which is used by many modern offices and production companies in addition to coffee, fruit, and sweets. It gives your team access to healthy and fresh breakfast, lunch, evening snacks, and meals in between, as well as during night shifts.

Who fills the Foodji Bistro?

The Bistro is restocked several times a week by Foodji with a customized range of products. This means that companies have a comprehensive, worry-free package with our vending machine. In addition to restocking, our full service also includes planning, cleaning, maintenance, and support.

Upon request, we also provide assistance with communication. Furthermore, the Foodji team ensures that all meals in the vending machine are kept at a strict temperature.

Where can I set up the Foodji?

You can set up the Foodji Bistro in any company—whether it's a small location with 50 employees, your company headquarters in the office, in the production hall, or even in a school. Ideal locations are a break room, a lounge, or directly at the workplace. If there are a few tables and chairs available, the team will feel invited to take a break together. This proximity to the workplace allows your employees to access fresh food at any time, whether it's breakfast, lunch, or a snack during the night shift. The distances are short, making the break all the more relaxing. All you need to set up the Foodji Bistro is one square meter of space and a standard power outlet. The Foodji cannot be placed outdoors.

It is important that the bistro offers a solution to your problem. Most employees want fresh food. They usually spend too much money in a restaurant or spend their evenings in the kitchen prepping meals.

Is the Foodji an ordinary vending machine?

No. Well-known vending machines include spiral vending machines with sweets, drum vending machines such as coffee vending machines with coffee specialties, beverage vending machines with classic beverages, and vending machines or food vending machines/snack vending machines from which you can buy unprocessed food. There are also suppliers/manufacturers of ice cream vending machines and other goods vending machines.

A food vending machine like the Foodji is new to the vending sector. Fresh food from a vending machine is something special. Here you can expect the same quality as in a restaurant. How about a fresh dean & david salad or a classic German dish: roast pork with bread dumplings?

How can I buy products at Foodji Bistro?

Your employees can make purchases directly at Foodji Bistro without registering. They can pay using the usual payment systems: debit card, credit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay—just no cash. If necessary, your team can also make purchases via the Foodji app. All payment systems can be stored here.

The big advantage: in the app, employees can reserve and purchase all products 6 hours in advance and conveniently pick them up. They will then be waiting for you in the refrigerator at Foodji Bistro until you pick them up.
