Under the leadership of Managing Partner Detlef Weimann, the family-run company has grown to over 190 employees at its Ludwigsburg location and has developed into a hidden champion with an international market. Since July 2019, Tobias Weimann has been the fourth generation of the family to join the management team and is supporting the successful expansion course with locations in Brazil, China and the USA.

Fast and flexible supply around the clock - even in production
Previously, Goetze employees had the option of eating at neighboring external companies, which involved longer walking distances. This posed a particular time challenge for employees in production with short break times.
Goetze's goals:
- The management aims to ensure that Goetze employees have access to high-quality catering on a daily basis
- Practical solution with minimal time expenditure for employees and short walking distances
- Concept with low time expenditure for infrastructure desired.
The lack of internal catering had the following disadvantages: Use of the canteen by external companies, employees working in shifts were not catered for due to the opening hours of a canteen and time-consuming with short break times

Foodji: Reliable, time-saving in-house catering
Goetze found what he was looking for in his search for fresh in-house catering:
- Canteen visits to external companies were largely replaced by Foodji
- At the site, 70 employees regularly help themselves to the Foodji
- No need to prepare meals the evening before or go to the bakery during the break

Thanks to Foodji, Goetze was able to introduce a practical solution - without the need for personnel or infrastructure - and save time while maintaining high quality.

Foodji offers high-quality meals around the clock for all employees, whether in the office or in production. The range is individually planned by AI: rotating from a total of 300 changing fresh dishes.
Space-saving solution without investment in infrastructure and personnel: only 1 square meter and one regular power connection per Foodji.
The daily assortment at Foodji is as follows:
- 9 different main courses
- 10 breakfast and snack dishes
- 10 snacks
- 10 Drinks
Freshly filled 2-3 times a week, depending on whether work is carried out on 5 or 7 days.
